What does Percussive Therapy do for me?

Percussion therapy is a great way to release body tension, reduce the effect of DOMs and warm your muscles up prior to a workout. It’s like having the ability to give yourself a sports massage wherever you are.

Who are your Percussive Therapy devices for?

Our devices are designed for anyone who wants to unlock their body’s full potential. Whether you’re a professional athlete, it’s your first time lacing up your running shoes or you just suffer from general aches and pains the Flow sports massage can help you achieve your goals. It’s simple enough for anyone to use, and tough enough for everyday professional use.

Can you do Percussive Therapy anywhere?

Flow products have been specifically designed to be quiet and light enough to use wherever you are. They can be used at home, in the gym or even in the office.

Where can I purchase a Flow device?

If you are in the United States you by the Flow PRO here and the Flow MINI here or you can visit one of our resellers If you live outside of the USA.

What is the Flow PRO?

The Flow PRO is a percussion therapy device designed to release soft tissue tension, reduce post-workout pain, break down scar tissue and limber up your muscles pre or post workout.

What is the Flow MINI?

The Flow MINI offers the same percussive massage benefits as the PRO, but in a more convenient travel size.

 

Is the charger suitable for traveling?

The charger is suitable for traveling, however an adapter may be required for some international locations.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped on the same day as long as you order before 3pm PST. Orders placed after 3pm PST Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

When your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive email notifications with your tracking number and delivery updates.

Can I change the address of my order?

Sure! Although there’s only a short amount of time after an order is placed to make any changes, so please make sure that you double check your shipping information on checkout. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact support and we’ll do our best to organise your new address. Please note that address changes may delay the delivery of your order by several business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please contact support , and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you have lost your tracking information, just enter your order number and email here to track your order.

Do you ship to Canada and are there custom fees?

We can offer shipping to our Canadian customers and there will be no import fees.

Do you ship internationally to other countries?

This store is for USA and Canadian customers only. Please visit our list of international stores and re-sellers for a local purchase.

Is there free US shipping?

All orders over $99 come with free US shipping.

Using your Device

How does it work?

Percussion therapy, is a way of delivering bursts of pressure to soft body tissue via short-duration pulses. It’s like having the ability to give yourself a sports massage wherever you are.

Can I use the device on my skin?

We recommend using the device on clothed areas.

Can I use the device with body lotions/oils?

Do not use body oils with the device as it could damage the the motor or heads.

Warranty and Returns

What is the warranty period?

We offer a two year manufactory warranty on our Flow devices. We will replace or repair your device if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within two years of purchase or delivery.

How do I register my device for warranty?

Can I return my device?

You can return your device within 30 days thanks to our 30 day no questions asked return policy. You can find more information on our terms page here.

What's the voltage of the PRO & MINI?

Both devices are 24V

What are the device dimensions?

The PRO is 1000mmx2000x2600mm
The MINI is 700mmx1800mmx2100mm

My device is not working/not charging, what do I do?

Please visit our troubleshooting page to try and fix the issue. If your device is still not working, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@flowsportstech.com for further assistance.

Discounts

My discount code is not working, what should I do?

Please make sure your discount code is for the USA site and not another country. If your code is from a different country the discount will not work. If it is a USA code please make sure the spelling is correct. If you are still having issues please contact our support team at support@flowsportstech.com

Do you offer discounts for military/healthcare professionals?
